These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agent Niches ("Service"), operated by Wildramp Marketing ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Agent Niches is a SaaS platform that helps real estate agents identify and develop a professional niche identity. The Service includes a niche discovery questionnaire, personalized niche profile generation, bio rewriting, monthly content planning, and on-demand content generation - depending on your subscription plan.
Access to the Service requires a valid email address. We use a passwordless "magic link" authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your Agent Niches account.
Agent Niches offers the following subscription tiers:
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Content you generate using Agent Niches (niche profiles, bios, social posts, video scripts, etc.) is yours to use for your professional real estate business. We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your inputs. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content generated will be accurate or effective for your specific business goals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Niches and Wildramp Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
